20 years of WP PROFILES –
the market leader has a birthday

Since 2002, the stock program of the well-known steel stop profiles has proven itself to the trade and the metal construction trade. The one hundred percent recyclable material steel and the manufacturing process of cold forming make WP PROFILE very interesting for sustainably planned projects. In addition, individual dimensions are also available in stainless steel and Corten under the brand name SEQUOIASTEEL. The Corten steel and stainless steel stop profiles do not require any chemical surface protection and offer lasting protection against corrosion.

 

WP PROFILES – the universal construction kit made of steel

WP PROFILE sections are longitudinally welded stop profile sections made of steel in blank finish. The directly, cold-moulded WP Profile sections are characterised by a particularly dimensional precision, high stability and extraordinarily economic possibilities of processing. WP PROFILE sections are available without any delay from the steel trade. The L, T and Z shapes with box dimensions of 34, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm can be combined with each other on a systematic basis. In addition, individual dimensions are produced from stainless steel.

L-shape

WP PROFILES in L-shape are available in basic depths of 34, 35, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm, with box-wides from 20 to 100 mm. Different cross-sections are produced with flush or cranked stop faces of 15 and 20 mm. Other dimensions and materials are available on request.

Design and
Terms of delivery

The profiles are longitudinally welded from hot strip and are available in standard lengths of 6,000 mm -0/+50 mm from the steel trade. They are packed in right-angled bundles, optionally lashed with steel or plastic straps.

T-shapes

WP PROFILES in T-shapes are available in basic depths of 34, 35, 40, 50 and 60 mm, with box dimensions from 20 to 70 mm. Different cross-sections are produced with flush or cranked stop faces of 15 and 20 mm. Other dimensions and materials are available on request.

Z-Shapes

WP PROFILES in Z shapes are available in depths of 34, 35, 40, 50 and 60 mm, with box dimensions from 20 to 70 mm. Different cross-sections are produced with flush or cranked stop faces of 15 and 20 mm. Other dimensions and materials are available on request.

WP PROFILES in
Special versions

Individual dimensions of WP PROFILEN are available in stainless steel, material quality 1.4301. Alternatively, the profiles can also be supplied strip galvanised to EN 10147 with a support layer of 275 g/sqm on both sides. Fixed lengths from 1.000 to 14.000 mm are also available. Further dimensions and designs are available on request.

S-Shapes

WP PROFILES with special shapes are produced in five dimensions. Three round tubes with stop faces of 12 and 15 mm and two corner profiles with box dimensions of 34 mm, each with internal and external stop.
