In addition to standardised profile section shapes, Husemann & Hücking produces special cross-section profiles, which are produced according to
individual customers’ requirements. Special profile sections with specific shaping correspond exactly to the specified requirements.

They secure the cost-effectiveness as a construction element in various industrial or trade-related production areas. Special profile sections made of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals are produced at Husemann & Hücking in:

• wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 8.0 mm and
• strip widths from 15 to 500 mm

The procurance of technical facilities for all aspects of cold profiling is an important concern of Husemann & Hücking. For this purpose, technical-commercial seminars are offered for interested groups of our customers. In a specially equipped showroom in the Iserlohn plant, various special profiles and profile tubes with their specific product features are presented.

There processing features are explained and during a visit of the production plant all production processes are demonstrated. This schedule is always a win-win situation and looking back it often has contributed significantly to the development of successful new designs.
