Husemann & Hücking offers both special profile sections, its stock programme WP PROFILES and KP scharfkant (sharpedged), as well as system
solutions for applications in architecture.


WP 50 cold – the system is designed for simple, dimensionally stable and durable door constuctions with minimal visible widths. This steel system is based on the approved WP PROFILE sections and was successfully proved as a door structure according to EN 14351-1. Due to the hight stability of the steel profile sections, single and double-sash door constructions as well as stationary glazing with generously dimensioned elements for indoor use are particularly economical feasible.

Flexible

  • WP 50 cold offers a wide range of applications and high functionality.
  • Minimal visible widths enable the use of transparent door components in an attractive design.

Dimensionally stable

  • Flush-mounted single and double-sash door constructions or stationary glazing can be constructed in different dimensions.
  • WP 50 cold also offers a consant stability and the reliability for the durable fitting of the hinges even for large door elements. 

Environmentally friendly

  • Steel is fully recyclable, long-lasting and particularly environmentally friendly. 
  • Compared to aluminium, significantly less energy is needed for the production process and the environmental impact of chemical residues such as red sludge is omitted as well.   

Easy-to-process

  • The clipped glazing fixture system and the matching gaskets offer various glass thicknesses.
  • WP 50 cold profiles and glazing fixtures are supplied in an easy-to-process length of 6600 mm. 

Safety

  • The material steel is exceptionally shock-resistant, highly durable, dimensionally stable and extremely long-lasting.
  • Steel offers more security against burglary and vandalism than any other material.

Certified

  • The steel profiles are available either in a bright or galvanised finish.
  • WP 50 cold is tested according to EN 14531-1.
